Volunteer

Give an evening. Change a childhood.

Money isn't the only way to help. Tutors, doctors, artists, coders, and quiet helping hands are just as essential to life at Aadarana — and every volunteer is trained on our child-safety policy first.

Ways to help

Bring a skill. Any skill.

Every volunteer role runs alongside — never in place of — our full-time house-parents and teachers. You're an addition, not a substitute.

Homework & tutoring

Weekday evenings, 5–7pm. Help children with Class 1–10 coursework — Telugu, English, Maths, Science. No teaching degree required, just patience.

Arts, music & sport

Weekend sessions in classical dance, drawing, music, or coached sport. Bring a skill you love and share it for a few hours a month.

Health camps

Doctors, dentists, and optometrists — join our quarterly on-campus health camps or refer specialist colleagues for a half-day visit.

Digital & career mentoring

Remote-friendly. Mock interviews, resume reviews, coding basics, and career guidance for our senior students and young alumni.

Campus & facilities

Hands-on volunteer days — painting, minor repairs, garden upkeep, library organisation. Great for corporate team outings.

Documentation & storytelling

Photography, writing, or video for our annual report and social channels. Help us tell the story accurately and with dignity.

"Aadarana gave me a roof, a school, and the confidence to walk into IIT Dhanbad. Now I sponsor a child here — it's the least I can do."
