Founder & team
The people behind the home.
One founder, 15+ teachers, house-parents, cooks and caregivers — the family that raises 300+ children every day.

The founder
A promise kept for 22 years.
Sri Jadi Madhava Rao founded Aadarana in Saroor Nagar, Hyderabad, in 2003 — a home before it was a charity. He still serves the children’s meals himself.
Under his leadership Aadarana grew from a small shelter into a registered society with its own free school, serving 7,000+ children over two decades — with 300+ in residence today.
The team
Everyone here raises children.
