Cancellation & Refund Policy – Aadarana

AADARANA is a non-profit organization committed to transparency and donor satisfaction. We understand that there may be situations where you wish to cancel a donation or request a refund. Please read the following policy carefully:

Donation Cancellation

• Donations made to Aadarana are generally non-refundable.

• If you made an error while entering donation details or the donation was made unintentionally, please contact us within 24 hours of the transaction.

• We will review your request and, if found valid, process a cancellation and refund.

Refund Conditions

Refunds will be issued only under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate or multiple transactions made in error

• Technical error in payment processing

• Wrong amount entered mistakenly

Important Notes

• Refunds, if approved, will be made via the original method of payment.

• Refund processing may take 7 to 10 working days.

• No refunds will be provided for donations made more than 7 days prior to the refund request.
