Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Donations made to Aadarana are generally non-refundable.
• Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of the transaction.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 working days, subject to verification.
• If a donation has already been allocated or used for a specific program (such as child sponsorship or food provision), it cannot be refunded.
• Transaction or payment gateway charges may be deducted from refunded amounts.

• By donating through this website, you agree that:
  • You are 18 years of age or older.
  • Donations are made voluntarily and without commercial expectation.
  • Aadarana may redirect unused funds to other deserving causes if the original purpose is fulfilled or overfunded.

Shipping Policy

• Aadarana does not sell or ship commercial products.
• All receipts and communications are shared via email or WhatsApp.
• In cases where donors sponsor physical items (e.g., school kits or groceries), a proof of distribution may be provided on request.

• Aadarana values your privacy and protects your information using SSL encryption and secure storage systems.
• Personal information collected (like name, email, phone) is used only for:

  • Sharing updates and impact reports
